What actually happens

You talk

I'll ask what you're working toward and where English gets in the way. Then mostly I listen. You'll be doing about 90% of the speaking, which is also what a real session looks like.

I tell you what I heard

Specifically. Not "your English is great." The actual thing that's costing you — a sound, a rhythm, a habit of apologising before you start. Usually something nobody has ever mentioned to you.

I tell you where I'd start you

Which of my programs fits, and why. And if none of them do, I'll say that too and point you somewhere better. I'd rather lose twenty minutes than take money from someone I can't help.

The things people are too polite to ask

Partly, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. At the end I'll tell you which program I'd put you in. But I'm not going to chase you, and if you're not a fit I'll say so — that happens more often than you'd think, and it's the fastest way to save us both the time.
If you got through this page without effort, it's good enough. And if it isn't — you'll find that out in twenty free minutes rather than after paying for something wrong.
Then I'll have learned the most useful thing about you in the first two minutes. Freezing in front of me is free. Freezing in the meeting isn't. Most people who book this call are worried about exactly that, and it's usually the thing we end up fixing.
Yes, please. Communication isn't only the words — half of what I'd catch, I have to see. It also means you're talking to a person rather than a voice.
Nothing, and I mean that. If you prepare, you'll perform your rehearsed English and I'll learn nothing useful about how you actually speak.
A little, where it's useful. I'm not going to spend twenty minutes making you feel picked apart before you've decided anything.
No. It's Google Meet — it runs in your browser. You'll get a link when you book.
Yes. Everything monthly cancels before the next billing date — no notice, no retention call. If you prepaid for several months, you're charged the normal monthly rate for what you used and refunded the rest. You lose the discount for committing and nothing else.
A short message with what I noticed and what I'd do about it. Whether or not you book anything.
WhatsApp is fastest and it's how I'd rather talk. Email works too if you prefer it. Both are in the footer of every message I send you.
